How do you get the title Designer?

Basically how some people have the Blue Designer thing under your avatar,
Just wondering how to get it.

Basta saber como obtê-lo.

cody, the "blue designer thing" is given only to the one who are a member of the official group of designers, who help us delivering kits and developing the graphics resources on the forum...

to get one of these, you have to pass a test, wich are eventually opened in the resources area... if you pass, you'll be part of our staff and will be able to deliver kits aswell

Yeah, you can try when we open the spots... for a while, our team is full we'll be opening the tests soon
